Felino Salame PGI - 13 oz

Rovagnati Salame Felino comes from the hills of Parma. Prepared with a careful selection of 100% Italian pork cuts seasoned mainly with salt from Salsomaggiore (PR) saline, pepper and garlic, it has intense fragrance and delicate flavour. It should be cut at a 60° angle with a sharp knife for slices as thick as a peppercorn.

All of our products are hand wrapped and packed in eco-friendly packaging.  No Packing Peanuts or Bubble Wrap ever.
